I am currently doing my part-time internship (five months) in a joint project between the company Goi Solutions and Mondragon Unibertsitatea. The project I am working on focuses on collaborating with different companies in the area to raise awareness about the importance of designing more inclusive products and services. Digital tools for inclusive design will be created and some of the products and services that the companies offer to the population will be improved. The focus is always on the user, identifying real needs and improving their experience as users or customers.
